No.6 Babmaes Street is a space for The Crown Estate’s customers offering a multi-functional hybrid of amenity space, workspace and events venue. Situated just off bustling Jermyn Street in the heart of St James’s, No 6 Babames Street boasts a combination of multifunctional spaces to provide the perfect setting for an event.

At One Heddon Street you can work how you want, where you want, from our focus booths to communal seating. You can take one of our expertly designed Team Spaces and have a private office or become a Resident member and have your own allocated sit/ stand desk. Every member can access all of our shared spaces or book one of our private meeting rooms.
